hey y'all! how's it going? today i have a fall photo dump with a apple crisp recipe, to be truthful I didn't exactly make up this apple crisp recipe it came from a cook book, but sadly i shalt tell you which one... anyway here's the recipe!
APPLE CRISP RECIPE
prep: 20 min bake: 30 min servings? about 6 or depending on how you divide it
4 medium tart cooking apples
{Greening, Rome, Granny smith} {sliced, 4 cups}
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup all purpose flour*
1/2 cup quick~cooking or old fashioned oats
1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
cream or ice cream if desired
heat oven to 375 Fahrenheit, Grease bottom
and sides of 8~inche square or round pan with shorting.
spred apples in pan, in medium bowl, stir remaining ingredients
except cream until well mixed; sprinkle over apples.
bake about 30 minutes or until topping is golden brown and apples
are tender when pierced with a fork. served warm and enjoy!
